Deposit BTC from Coinbase to Binance Using ERC20 network

Hi, as title I had a transaction deposit BTC from Coinbase -> Binance utilizing Ethereum(ERC20) community. The whole lot is right (wallet tackle, network) however I cannot obtain it from Binance after 1 day. Reached out to customer service, they stated I used to be sending cbBTC not BTC even it clearly showed `BTC` from Coinbase and Binance does not help cbBTC. That's why I cannot receive this amount of BTC. Just questioning is it attainable for me to get again this quantity of BTC? and what I can do now?
